Good morning, BBN!
The Kentucky Wildcats take on the South Carolina Gamecocks at 4:15 PM EST in Columbia at Williams-Brice Stadium.
The Gamecocks have had the Cats’ number over the last four years, with the last two games getting out of hand, and everyone remembers Shane Beamer’s subliminal shot at Mark Stoops when he mentioned “sunglasses” and dancing” after beating Kentucky.
Well, it’s time for the Cats to get some revenge.
South Carolina seems to be in a downward spiral, while Will Stein and Kentucky seem to be on the rise.
Unfortunately, Alex Afari has now been ruled ineligible after the NCAA won its appeal in the KY Class of 2022 injunction. Huge hit to Kentucky’s defense before a big road test.
It’s a big test and a thermometer check for UK today to see exactly where this program is at. It should be a fun one!
Tweet of The Day:
Is it a good or bad thing that Kentucky isn’t in the top 10…?
