The final stop on the NBA Summer Leagie schedule was the 2026 Summer League in Vegas. Seven former Orange were on rosters in Sin City: William Kyle (Lakers), Nate Kingz (Heat), Buddy Boeheim (Thunder), Jesse Edwards (Bucks), Chris Bell (Pelicans), Quadir Copeland (Rockets) and Maliq Brown (Spurs).
Here’s how they fared in Sin City:
Kyle- 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal vs Thunder
4 points on 2-2 shooting vs Mavericks
2 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks vs Clippers
4 points and 3 rebounds vs Bulls
2 points and 1 block vs Warriors
Kingz – DNP vs Bucks and Magic

Will these performances be enough to make an Opening Night roster? Outside of Brown, it would seem like unlikely at this point, but we’ll be watching in the early Fall to see what happens.
