Losing Klay Thompson, as Dallas did this last week by means of a buy-out, prompts a lot of questions about the Dallas offense. On the one hand, the Mavericks had too many players, but on the other, Klay was responsible for a good chunk of Dallas offense.
The Mavericks made 899 threes last season, Klay made 202 of them. That’s nearly a quarter of the team’s makes. So who is going to help close that gap?
